EYBA - Annual General Meeting

POSTPONED to NOVEMBER 8th @8:00pm
Dear East York Baseball Community,
The AGM scheduled for Oct. 25th @ 8:00pm has been postponed for 2 weeks. One of our executives has had a death in the family and the executive as a whole have agreed to this rescheduling.
The AGM will now be held on Sunday November 8th @ 8:00pm via ZOOM.
We continue to welcome all to join us. If you would like to attend, please reply to admin@eastyorkbaseball.com with “I would like to attend the EYBA – AGM”. We will send a link to the meeting an hour before the meeting begins.
Those who have already replied have been noted and do not need to reply again.

Dear East York Baseball Community,
We hope you are all doing well and staying safe. You were all greatly missed this summer and we cannot wait to see you next year.
In order to wrap up this wacky season officially, we are hosting our AGM via ZOOM this Sunday, October 25th at 8:00pm. All are welcome to attend.
If you would like to attend, please send an email to admin@eastyorkbaseball.com with “I would like to attend the EYBA – AGM”. We will send a link to the meeting an hour before the meeting begins.
Our volunteers are the life of our community. We would like to thank so many of you who volunteer year after year to help us run the best league in the city. We are always looking to add to our great volunteer group. We are especially looking for convenors for our 11U & 13U divisions as well as Associate Convenors for the 6U, 7U, 8U & 9U divisions. Associate Convenors will assist the convenors and learn the role, so they are able to pinch hit if the convenor is away as well as convene in the future if interested. If you are interested in joining our amazing group, please send me an email at 01coachmike@gmail.com.
