Come and celebrate East York Baseball and honour two great alumni –
Harry MacAloney and Rob Butler.
Date: May 27, 2023 @ 4:00pm an onward
Location: Stan Wadlow Park Clubhouse,
373 Cedarvale Ave., East York, Toronto.
Cash bar and food to be served.
Harry MacAloney was a committed volunteer coach for over 25 years and left a great mark on hundreds of us with his no-nonsense approach.
Rob Butler was a great EYBA player and ultimately an Olympian and World Series winner with the Toronto Blue Jays.
Diamond 1 or “The Big Diamond” is being renamed Harry MacAloney Field through the City of Toronto naming process.
Rob Butler will be throwing out the first pitch for the Junior (U22) game league at 6:00pm and signing autographs as this is also our House League Opening Day.
Come on out for a great night of telling stories and seeing old friends.
